The CHEAT CODE To Unlimited Energy
Just 5 minutes of THIS every morning will unlock another level of energy in you...

Let’s try something that might seem weird.
Stand up, and slump over forwards as much as you can. Bring your chin down, hunch your shoulders forward, arch your back.
Now, try to feel happy. Excited. Energetic. Feels impossible, right?
Ok, now try bringing your shoulders back. Puff your chest out. Bring your hands behind your back.
(you look good, bro ;)
Stay in this position. Now try and feel down. Sad. Sleepy.
Again, until you shift your body position, it feels like you just can’t.
Here’s why I’m telling you this:
Most people treat their mind and body as if they are completely separate.
They wake up and go straight into intense cognitive work - studying, writing, rushing to get to school.
But if your body is still all tight, curled up and half-asleep, then your mind will work in the same way.
This is holding you back from your full potential.
Usually it’s our mind that triggers the body to behave in a certain way - if you’re feeling down, you will unconsciously put your head down, if you’re feeling good you will puff your chest out a bit more.
But you can also reverse this process.
As Andrew Huberman says - you can’t control the mind with the mind. But you can influence the mind using the body.
We can use our body as the trigger to get our mind under control.
So this is why in my experience, any sort of physical activity is the first crucial component of any solid morning routine. This is the first step to gaining that “private victory” over yourself.
Here, you can choose anything that would suit you - hit a few pushups, go for a jog, maybe even go hit some hoops.
For me, I like to do my main workout later in the day - so in the morning I just spend 5-10 minutes or so doing some stretching and mobility work.
This is the cheat code most people miss to instantly feeling awake:
When your raise your body’s core temperature, this signals to the rest of your body (and your mind) to start waking up.
Tomorrow morning - just do something, even if it’s as little as 5 minutes, to get the blood flowing.
And watch as you go and destroy your day.
